About us

Global Exchange Jordan LLC is the first step of the Global Exchange Group in the Middle East. To start this journey we have teamed up with Edgo, a renowned, Jordan-based company with an established presence in the Middle East and Africa since 1956.

Since its opening in February 2014 Global Exchange Jordan operates four branches at Queen Alia International Airport, the main international airport in the country, which is located in the South of its capital city, Amman. Branches are strategically located in the Departures area (2) and the Arrivals area (2) in order to cover the needs of all airport users.

Global Exchange Jordan has more than 55 employees, all of them locals, who strive to give the best service to the almost 7 million passengers of the airport, 24 hours day 365 days a year.

We work with over 40 foreign currencies at our counters, as we are the main gateway to a cosmopolite, diverse country known as a very popular destination in the region as well as a hub to access the rest of the Middle East and other destinations in Asia.

The Global Exchange Group is one of the three leading companies worldwide at airport environments. Today, we have a network of more than 200 branches at 50 international airports of 19 countries and 4 continents, where our over 1,660-member staff service more than 4.2 million Customers every year.

Our company is implementing its ambitious strategic plan, aiming to achieve in 2016 presence in 23 countries, through 230 branches that will serve 5.5 million Customers per year, and where the Middle East region will play an integral role.
